Welcome to Excelia EduServices LLP. By enrolling in or using our coaching programs, services, or materials (hereafter referred to as "Services"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are binding upon all students, parents, guardians, and users of our services, and we request you to read them carefully before proceeding.

Enrollment in any course offered by Excelia EduServices LLP is open to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria defined for that specific program. It is the student's responsibility to ensure that the details provided during admission, including academic background and personal information, are accurate and truthful. The management reserves the right to deny admission or discontinue services if false information is discovered at any stage.

All course fees must be paid in full or as per the mutually agreed installment plan. Admission and access to services will be confirmed only upon successful receipt of payment. Any delay in the payment of fees may result in restricted access to classes, course materials, or learning platforms. Continued non-payment may lead to the termination of services without any liability on the part of Excelia EduServices LLP.

We follow a strict No Refund Policy. Once a student has enrolled and the payment has been processed, no refund shall be issued under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, a student choosing to discontinue, failure to attend classes, personal dissatisfaction, or lack of usage of the resources. The payment is non-transferable and non-refundable, even in case of change of plans, health issues, or change in personal circumstances. The only exception to this policy is if the program is cancelled by Excelia EduServices LLP, in which case the management will evaluate the situation and offer an alternative or partial adjustment at its sole discretion.

We expect all students to maintain a respectful and disciplined attitude during their time with Excelia EduServices LLP. Any form of misconduct, including but not limited to harassment, cheating, disruption during sessions, or inappropriate behavior towards instructors or peers, may result in immediate termination of services. In such cases, no refund or compensation will be offered.

Students are granted access to study material, recordings, digital platforms, and resources as per the course package they have enrolled in. These materials are provided solely for personal and educational use. Copying, sharing, selling, recording, or distributing any material without prior written consent from Excelia EduServices LLP is strictly prohibited and may attract legal action.

Excelia EduServices LLP reserves the right to modify the course schedule, faculty assignments, batch timings, or even the delivery method (online/offline/hybrid), based on availability, academic planning, or operational needs. While we make every effort to inform students in advance, such changes do not constitute a breach of service or grounds for refunds.

While our coaching programs are designed to provide the highest quality of academic support and guidance, we do not guarantee specific results, exam success, or career outcomes. Student performance depends on individual effort, commitment, and learning pace. Therefore, Excelia EduServices LLP shall not be held responsible for any failure, dissatisfaction, or perceived lack of results.

All content, course structures, teaching methodologies, visual material, logos, and intellectual property associated with Excelia EduServices LLP are the exclusive property of the company. Students and users are prohibited from reproducing or distributing any of this content without written approval.

In the event of force majeure events such as natural disasters, pandemics, technical disruptions, strikes, or government-mandated shutdowns, Excelia EduServices LLP shall not be held liable for any delays, modifications, or interruptions in the delivery of services. We will make reasonable efforts to continue providing services through alternative means during such situations.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.

Excelia EduServices LLP reserves the right to revise or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
